Station Opening

Stations are open to the public daily from 06:00 hrs, except during approved special events, when selected station(s) may open earlier than the regular operating hours.

Station Closing

Stations closing time will be varies from each station. Once the station roller shutter has been closed, passenger shall exit the station via the “bypass” door.

NOTE

During approved service extensions or special events, a dedicated train timetable and operational plan will be implemented. This also applies to special operating arrangements, such as during Ramadan, when the morning and evening peak-hour schedules may be adjusted slightly to accommodate operational requirements.

Passengers may continue to use rail services after the Customer Service Counter has closed by using cashless payment methods only. Please refer to the station notice board for the Customer Service Counter operating hours.

Passengers transferring to other rail lines are advised to board our service at least one hour before the last scheduled train to ensure sufficient time to complete their journey and make the necessary connections.
