About the Station

The Raja Muda LRT Station is a Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station serving the suburb of Seksyen 2 and Seksyen 16, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It is one of the elevated station on Shah Alam Line (LRT3).

The Raja Muda LRT Station is located within walking distance to SIRIM Complex, Section 2, Shah Alam.

The LRT3 Shah Alam Line officially opened to the public on June 29. The launch ceremony was officiated on June 28 by Anwar Ibrahim, who announced that all rides will be free for one month, until July 31, 2026.

Based on the official alignment map released, this station is marked as a provisional station.

On October 13, 2023, during the Budget 2024 presentation, the authorities announced the reintegration of five stations that were previously under provisional status, including the Raja Muda LRT station, to be built alongside the rest of the Shah Alam Line.

The station is expected to be completed and operational by 2027.
