KotaSAS ECRL Station, also known as KotaSAS Central, is located within the KotaSAS township in Kuantan, Pahang. The station is currently under construction and is scheduled to form part of the ECRL Kota Bharu–Gombak section, with passenger operations expected to begin in January 2027. KotaSAS Central will serve as the main ECRL station for the KotaSAS area and will provide passenger and freight connectivity between the East and West coasts.

Nearby destinations include Kuantan city centre, Pahang Sports Complex, Kuantan Medical Centre and Terminal Sentral Kuantan. The township is also connected to the East Coast Highway and Kuantan-Kemaman Bypass.
