Kemasik ECRL Station is located in Kemasik, Terengganu, and forms part of the East Coast Rail Link between Kota Bharu and Gombak. The station is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed with the Phase 1 ECRL alignment. Passenger services are expected to commence in January 2027. The station will serve the Kemasik area and surrounding communities in Kemaman district.

Nearby attractions include Pantai Kemasik, Pantai Kijal and Tasik Kemasik. Kemasik is also located within an important industrial area associated with the oil and gas sector. The ECRL station will provide passenger and transport connectivity to other destinations along the East Coast route.
