Chukai ECRL Station serves Chukai, the main town of Kemaman in Terengganu. The station is currently under construction as part of the Kota Bharu–Gombak section of the East Coast Rail Link. The section is scheduled for completion in December 2026, with passenger services expected to begin in January 2027. The station will provide rail access to Chukai and surrounding areas of Kemaman district.

Nearby attractions include Pantai Teluk Mak Nik, Pantai Teluk Kalong, Kemaman Blue Lake and Kemaman River. Chukai also provides access to the coastal areas around Kijal and Kerteh, as well as industrial and commercial areas within Kemaman.

Chukai ECRL Station provides convenient car drop-off and pick-up areas for private and e-hailing vehicles. For longer stays, ample parking spaces are available at the rates listed below:
