Bandar Malaysia Selatan MRT Station
About the Station
The Bandar Malaysia Selatan MRT Station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT)
station that serve the suburb of Bandar Malaysia near Sungai Besi in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia. It is one of the underground station on MRT Putrajaya
Line.
The station is built underground on the former site of old Air Force Base
besides Sungai Besi Highway, along with
Bandar Malaysia Utara MRT
Station and the rest of the Bandar Malaysia development.
While the Putrajaya Line was completed and started operations on 16 March
2023, this station will not be included in the opening, following the
mothballing of the Bandar Malaysia project and the cancellation of the Kuala
Lumpur-Singapore high-speed rail project.
