Ampang Park MRT Station
About the Station
The Ampang Park MRT Station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station that
serve the suburb of Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is one of the
underground station on MRT Putrajaya Line.
The station is located underground of former Ampang Park Shopping Centre
along Jalan Ampang, near the Jalan Tun Razak intersection. This station is
close to the US embassy, the Singapore High Commission, the Canadian High
Commission, and the British High Commission which are all located in the
area of Jalan Tun Razak called "Embassy Row".
InterContinental Hotel, UOB, and Wisma MCA are in its vicinity.
It is an out-of-station interchange station with the
LRT Kelana Jaya Line at
Ampang Park LRT Station.
Passengers need to tap out from one line and resurface to ground level when
changing between the two lines. They should then enter the other underground
station to continue their journey.
The Ampang Park MRT Station started operation on 16 March 2023 under phase two operations of the line.

Ampang Park LRT Station
by a covered pedestrian walkway along Jalan Ampang. Passengers changing from the
MRT to the LRT need to leave the MRT station through Entrance B before
continuing to the LRT station.
