About The Station
The Kampung Batu KTM Komuter Station is a KTM commuter train station located in
the west side of and named after Jalan Kampung Batu, Kuala Lumpur. The
Station opened and electrified on July 2010.
The Station was constructed in between the Batu Caves and the Sentul Railway
Stations. It was previously built as the Batu Village Railway Station and
was disused at a moment, although it was used during Thaipusam.
During the Sentul Raya masterplan by YTL Corporation Berhad, the Kampung
Batu Railway Station was demolished and rebuilt for the KTM Komuter
extension.
This Station is an interchange station with the
Kampung Batu MRT Station in
MRT Putrajaya Line which has began operations on 16 June 2022.
